Refund Policy for Creative Credits Packages
Refunds for our creative credits packages are processed only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Sktched Marketing. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with your request. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and reasons for the refund.
Refund Policy for On-Demand Services
For on-demand projects, an advance payment of 50% (unless agreed otherwise with the client) is required upfront before the start of work. Our refund policy for on-demand services is as follows:
- Refund Request within 24 Hours:
Clients can request a refund within 24 hours from the date of transaction. However, if the service has already been performed or the work has been initiated within this period, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
- After 24 Hours:
If a refund request is made after 24 hours from the date of transaction, the advance payment is non-refundable regardless of whether the service has been performed or the work has been initiated.
- Post-Completion Payments:
All payments made as per the invoice after the completion of work are non-refundable.
General Conditions
- Exceptional Circumstances:
If there are any exceptional circumstances that you believe warrant special consideration, please contact our support team, and we will review your case accordingly.
- Refund Timeframe:
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
Credit to Customer’s Account
After processing, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credited amount to appear in your account.
Please note that these time frames may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Unused Credits:
Any unused credits in a given month can be rolled over until the validity period of the package ends. After the validity period, any remaining unused credits will automatically expire.
- Validity Period:
The credits are valid for the duration specified in your package and cannot be extended beyond this period.
